Product Warranty

Standard Warranty

After Sales Services Warranty are apply for 1 year since the purchased of new machine with the Standard Service Level Agreement (SLA) role.

This Warranty are automatically given in conjunction with the purchased of new machine

Extended Warranty

This Extended Warranty are apply after Standard Warranty period finished and the purchase of this warranty are in conjunction with the purchase of new machine and the services are accordance with the standard Service Level Agreement (SLA)

Service Level Agreement (SLA) Standard

This service level are as agreed between KDS and Customer which describes the speed of KDS services and the standard service coverage area of 5x8x72 (Bronze).

Service Level Agreement (SLA) Plus

This service agreement is more complete than the Standard SLA :

  1. SLA Plus 7x10x24 (Gold)
  2. SLA Plus 5x8x48 (Silver)
Coverage of Standard SLA

5 x 8 x 72 (Bronze SLA)

  1. Response time max 4 hours.
  2. Services time are 08.30 - 17.30 WIB, 5 working days (Monday - Friday), not include national holidays.
  3. Services working days is in 3 days to customer site.
  4. Free service charge and spare part, except specific spare part.
Coverage of SLA Plus

7 x 10 x 24 (Gold SLA)*

  1. 1. Response time max 4 hours.
  2. Services time are 10.00 - 20.00 WIB, 7 working days (Monday - Sunday), including national holidays.
  3. Services working days is in 1 day (24 hour) to customer site.
  4. Free service charge and spare part, except specific spare part.

5 x 8 x 48 (Silver SLA)*

  1. Response time max 4 hour.
  2. Service time are 08.30 - 17.30 WIB, 5 working days (Monday - Friday), not include national holidays.
  3. Services working days is in 2 days to customer site.
  4. Free service charge and spare part, except specific spare part.

Maintenance Contract

This maintenance contract services are apply after standard warranty / warranty plus period are finished and the purchase of maintenance contract services are made in conjunction with the purchase of new machine and the services apply are in accordance to the standard Service Level Agreement (SLA) (unless there is a specific request from the customer for Service Level Agreement Plus or other specific Service Agreement Level).
