3. Terms & conditions are an agreement between the User and KDS which contains a set of regulations governing the rights, obligations, responsibilities of users and peer groups, as well as procedures for using the peer support system.
4. Buyers are registered users who make requests for Goods sold by KDS through the site www.kdslabel.co.id. tangible objects / possessing physical Goods that can be delivered / meet the shipping criteria by the freight forwarding company.
5. Purchase Transactions Buyers are required to transact through the transaction procedures established by the peer group.

Buying Transaction

1. Buyers who order new labels can fill out the label customization form and will be forwarded to the KDS admin first to be processed and made a price quote. Likewise for machine products.
2. The Repeat Order for the purchase of the same item can be done by the buyer after logging in and selecting the items listed on the dashboard page, transaction history, and current transactions.
3. When making an item purchase, the Buyer agrees that:
1. The buyer is responsible for reading, understanding , and agree to the information / overall description of the Goods (including but not limited to color, quality, function, etc.) before making an offer or commitment to purchase.
2. The buyer acknowledges that the actual color of the product as seen on the KDS Site depends on the Buyer's computer monitor. KDS has made its best efforts to ensure the colors in the photos displayed on the KDS Site appear as accurately as possible, but cannot guarantee that the appearance of colors on the KDS Site will be accurate.
4. Payment by the Buyer must be made after the order is processed and paid according to the mutually agreed Term of Payment (ToP). If within the time limit the payment or confirmation of payment has not been made by the buyer.
5. Buyer understands and agrees that any delivery problems caused by late payment of goods are the responsibility of the Buyer.
